The following terms of use (“Agreement”) constitute an agreement between Adam Frank (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and you, to govern your purchase of Original Compositions (“Titles”) and/or Sound Recordings (collectively “Digital Products”). You agree to the Agreement by submitting payment for the Digital Product.

Access and Payment

When you purchase a Digital Product, you will receive the Digital Product via email within 48 hours of purchase.

All purchases of Digital Products are paid in full at the time of purchase. If you have already been given access to the Digital Product and a payment method is declined, we reserve the right to collect any and all outstanding balances.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are available for Digital Products due to the immediate download nature.

Your Rights and Obligations

For the avoidance of doubt, you are not granted any additional performance, mechanical, master use nor synchronization rights other than as expressly provided in this Agreement. You will comply with all laws governing our intellectual property rights including the Copyright Act.

You will use the Original Compositions only for the number of performers allowed based on the format and number of copies purchased.

Modifications of Terms

We shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior Agreements.
